How do I shop online for pre-owned comics at Mark's Rare Comics?

1. We list the online inventory of pre-owned comics in alphabetical order by title. The total inventory is spread over several pages to ensure quick loading and limit the amount of scrolling required to find the comics you want. You may, of course, use the Search page
   
   Search for Comics!

   which is accessible via the home page and the inventory pages. This Search page only searches the comic inventory pages and not information pages or our affiliated online shopping web sites.

   You may take a tour of all inventory pages as well as the other Mark's Rare Comics pages by clicking the "pointing finger" icon on each page to go forward to the next page or to go to the previous page. You can also click on the letter corresponding to the title of the comic you are seeking and go direct to that page.

2. Each comic listed on the inventory pages has three PayPal buttons in the right columns. Click on the button that corresponds your country, i.e., the blue button for shipments to USA; the red (pink) button for shipments to Canada or Mexico; the green button for shipments to the rest ot the world.Click on the PayPal button in the right column of each comic you want to buy on the Comic Inventory pages. A Shopping Cart page with a running total of your selections will be displayed after each comic PayPal button you click. Any comic selected in error may be deleted merely by clicking on and the button. Click on to continue shopping. The Shopping Cart page may be recalled at any time by clicking on the button on any comics inventory page and the featured comics page.
3. To accomodate international comic book buyers, shipping & handling charges are to be added after you make all your comic selections for quantities of 15 or less. When you have completed your selections, $5.00 will be added to USA orders, $8.50 will be added to Canada and Mexico orders and $10.50 will be added to all other country orders. Finally click on the button on the Shopping Cart page.

   After selecting quantities of comics greater than 15, click on the button on the Shopping Cart page and then request the shipping charges specific to your order. You will receive an email reply with the specific shipping and handling charge you can remit via PayPal. Your selected comics will be put on hold until the shipping and handling charge is received by PayPal.

4. After clicking the button a PayPal Payment Details page which shows the items you have added to your Shopping Cart will be displayed including your total charges.
5. You will be prompted to login to your PayPal account, but if you are not already a PayPal member press the Sign Up button. You will be prompted to add a credit card and asked to enter your email address and password, creating your new PayPal account.
6. You will be taken to a Confirmation page containing the details of your payment. You may include a short note to Mark's Rare Comics and press the Pay button to complete payment.
7. Finally a Confirmation page will be displayed, showing the details of your successful payment. You will receive an email receipt for this transaction, confirming payment and including a copy of the Payment details.
8. You may continue to shop for more comics or for comic related products from Mark's Rare Comics affiliates at this time.
9. The comics you have selected will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail (within USA) or Global Priority Mail to countries where it is available. All comics are shipped in acid-free bag and board.

How do I get scans of comics covers?

There are over 680 comic cover scans that you can view on our online inventory pages. We will scan the covers of any comic book in our online inventory for $1 per page. All images are scanned at 100 dpi and saved in JPEG (.jpg) format. Click Here, enter the comic name/edition followed by "Cover Scan" for each cover you want scanned.

How do I view Mark's Rare Comics in a language other than English?

Mark's Rare Comics has a language translation selection at the bottom of each page. You may translate any page into Spanish, Portuguese, French, German or Italian.
